Restoration, restructurization and change of use for existing factory buildings LP 1-4

The three workshop buildings at Triftstraße 37-38 constituted the production and storage facilities built in 1978 for cable manufacturer “Wilhelminenhof AG” to produce cables and industrial wires. The object had been abandoned in October 2006. Apart from a reconstruction of essential building structures the focus of this project lay in a reformation into several smaller storage, production, service and trading spaces. The static construction, the structure of the facade as well as the cubature of the halls remained unchanged.
