Full restoration and restructurization of a former landmark manufacturing site LP 1-9
The landmark object “Schlüterbrot-Backfabrik/Ullstein-Fuhrpark” had been in use as a production site for baked goods and was left mostly abandoned for several years. A revitalization concept was created to improve the site through partial renovation and restructurization as well as partial demolition and reconstruction.
